I've cleaned for The Highlands at Sugar on Sugar Mountain for 4 years, Sugar Hollow Retreat for the past 3 years and prior to that I cleaned private homes.

We are known for our free estimates. We come in and look at your project, while talking to you about your needs. Then we provide a free estimate and set up a time and schedule that is convenient for you. We accommodate your needs by agreeing on the best day, time and schedule for you. No matter what the occasion, we make it work smoothly for all involved.

We clean private homes and businesses, new construction cleanings and spring cleanings, and we offer a caretaker service with security checks on your home and property on a regular basis while you are away. We also winterize homes in the fall and open up homes in the spring, or anytime you may decide you need a cleaning. We can also assist you in renting your home.

Our rates depend on the service. The rates can vary, depending upon the kind of cleaning you request, whether it is a one time clean or a long-term contract, a business, home or construction site, or our caretaker or rental assistance service.

Payments for one time cleanings are due the same day. Payment for contracts, businesses, caretaker services, etc., may be made once monthly.

The first cleaning is a very deep clean. We go well beyond surfacing cleaning to clean the places and spaces that you may not normally think of. Once the home has been deep cleaned, the maintenance cleans always take a fraction of the time. I recommend a deep clean once or twice a year.

We are open six days a week, Monday – Saturday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Special arrangements are available by request.

Our service area includes Butler, Elizabethton, Mountain City, Linville Ridge, Banner Elk, Beech Mountain and Boone.

If we missed anything or you are not satisfied with the cleaning, we will go back and clean per your instructions. We do everything possible to make sure all of our clients are happy with their cleaning experience.
